Forrest Flint is Vice President of the Dental Plan for Health Partners of Minneapolis and resides in Edina. His extensive management background includes service as the Director of Children, Youth and Family Services for the State of South Dakota and Vice President of Business Development for American Dental Partners, Inc. He has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s of public administration degree from the University of South Dakota. He is also a board member of the Voyageurs National Park Association and the National Association of Dental Plans.

Favorite Mississippi River location: From Fort Snelling, where there is a bench from which you can view the river upstream to the gorge and downstream to its junction with the Minnesota River.

Last memorable vacation: To Italy with daughters to visit Rome and Florence.
Favorite band: The Beach Boys, particularly after their appearance in summer 2006 to dedicate a Vietnam veterans’ memorial in South Dakota.
