Share the Gorge — Oak Savanna Tours & Canoe Rides
Join us Wednesday, July 29th, 6-8 p.m. for the 11th Annual Share the River Gorge Canoe Paddle and Ice Cream Social to celebrate the Mississippi River Gorge!
Hosted by Longfellow Community Council's River Gorge Committee, this event will include free ice cream, free canoe rides with the National Park Service and Wilderness Inquiry, and guided tours of the rare oak savanna restoration area with Friends of the Mississippi River. Information will also be available on you can protect this national treasure in our midst, including how to join the Mississippi River Gorge Stewards.
Share the Gorge is free, but donations will be accepted to defray event costs. Advance registration is not required.
