FMR is pleased to welcome Camille Herteux as our first Ecology Intern! Camille has a special interest and background in frog communication research and has also been a volunteer at the Minnesota Zoo and the Raptor Center. At FMR, shell be expanding her experience as she works on breeding bird surveys, vegetation surveys, restoration events, and everyones favorite – data entry! Camille has been a great asset already and has weathered extreme bugs, heat and terrain with grace and enthusiasm. Welcome Camille!

FMR is also pleased to welcome Meghan Holmquist as the first FMR Development Intern! Meghan has a BA from St. Catherine University, and is currently enrolled in the Masters of Public Policy & Leadership program at the University of St. Thomas College of Education, Leadership and Counseling. She was a HECUA participant in their 2012 Art For Social Change Program, and has interned and volunteered with a number of local nonprofits. Meghan comes to FMR with a love of and skill with organizing and cleaning things up, as well as meticulous attention to detail. This makes her a great fit for this position since one of her primary tasks will be helping us to clean up old data as we fully transition to our new database.
