Twice each month, Friends of the Mississippi River (FMR) publishes Mississippi Messages. This e-mail newsletter includes updates on FMR’s events and volunteer opportunities, project updates, information on current issues affecting the Mississippi River, and ways that you can take action to protect the River and its watershed. Generally, the first edition of each month will contain a calendar of upcoming events, while river news and FMR updates will be included in the second update of the month.
