Act to strengthen Rice Creek Watershed rules

On February 13, 2008, the Rice Creek Watershed District Board approved revised watershed rules that will play an enormous role protecting the lakes and streams of the watershed from pollution. Thanks to everyone who encouraged the Board to take this important step.
