Collaborative pathways
FMR co-leads Collaborative Pathways, a consortium of environmental groups seeking to increase racial and cultural diversity within our organizations and our sector in Minnesota.
Participating organizations range widely in their programming. Several have existing career pathways programs to engage underrepresented and Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) youth and young adults, while others are just beginning to develop such programs or support this work.
Regardless of where we are on our journey, the groups below are committed to exploring and collaborating on career pathways long-term.
