Ford Area C dumpsite cleanup rally & meeting
Join FMR at the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency-hosted community meeting as we advocate for a full clean-up of Ford Area C, the hazardous waste dumpsite on the riverfront just north of Hidden Falls Park in St. Paul.
At the meeting, 6:30-8:30 p.m., the MPCA will present the history, current state, and cleanup options for Area C, then open the floor for questions and comments.
Registration is not required for the meeting. Parking is available at and around the community center, and multiple transit options are available.
At 5:45 p.m., join us to rally in support of a full cleanup just outside the community center. Help us show how many community members want the MPCA to hold Ford fully accountable and clean up this riverfront mess.
We’ll have signs and stickers available. Shortly before the MPCA’s meeting begins, we’ll head inside together.

Can't make the rally or in-person meeting?
It is better to attend the in-person meeting if you can, but the MPCA also plans to add a virtual meeting option later in January. Their Ford Area C page will have more information once the date is set.
