Coldwater Spring to become parkland

Also known as the Bureau of Mines site, this 27 acre federal property adjacent to the Mississippi River and Fort Snelling State Park is slated to become parkland. The authority designated to manage the site will be announced in mid-January. Minnesota Public Radio recently reported on the site.
