Three cheers to Twin Cities youth for painting the town!

Youth groups in the Twin Cities have been stenciling storm drains with great enthusiasm this spring. Thus far, FMR has helped 28 youth groups in stenciling 799 drains while handing out 2,247 flyers in St. Paul, northeast Minneapolis and along the River Gorge in south Minneapolis.
