Professional Bio

Tahera is passionate about building financial strength to improve mission results.

She comes to FMR with over 20 years' experience. Whether serving a small startup nonprofit or a more established and complex organization (such as Girl Scouts and Minnesota Housing Partnership, amongst others), Tahera is eager to improve processes and solve problems strategically for more efficient and effective operations.

She has a bachelors in accounting from Augsburg and a masters in public and non-profit administration from Metropolitan State University.

FMR Role

Tahera oversees Finance and Accounting functions to achieve financial sustainability for the long term.

Personal Details

When not busy signing petitions and thinking about how to make things better, she enjoys spending time with family, grandchildren and extended family.
