Fired Minnesota Pollution Control Agency researcher says agency muzzled him

A fired Minnesota Pollution Control Agency scientist has filed a whistleblower lawsuit claiming that he was refused permission to testify before the legislature regarding his research on the controversial herbicide Atrazine. These claims have prompted a call from at a Sate legislator for public hearings on the issue.
