Thank you, Nicole!

Nicole Mardell, who joined FMR earlier this year as our Mississippi River Challenge intern, is leaving us at the end of the summer. She played an invaluable role in making sure the Mississippi River Challenge event was well planned, promoted and executed.

Prior to FMR, Nicole served as a delegate for the United Nations Conference on Climate Change COP16 and she has a strong interest in connecting urban residents to their local environment. She will continue to pursue a degree in urban studies with a minor in sustainability studies at the University of Minnesota.
