River Guardians + Members Legislative Session Wrap-up Happy Hour

Tuesday, May 25, 2021 - 4:30pm to 5:30pm
Online event
Join us for a virtual happy hour!

We're approaching the close of the 2021 Legislative Session, and we want to take time to celebrate the work we did together this year! We'll reflect on successes of the session and take a look at what lies ahead.

We'll hear from FMR Executive Director Whitney Clark, River Corridor Program Director Colleen O'Connor Toberman, Water Program Director Trevor Russell, and Agricultural Policy Manager Peter LaFontaine. They'll each share updates on their work, and answer questions.

Register now!

All are welcome, and FMR members and River Guardians are especially encouraged to attend. Be sure to RSVP for yourself and your friends so we can share the Zoom link before the event.

Members and River Guardians

Anyone who donates to FMR becomes a member, whether you donate on our site or give a gift of support when you RSVP using the link or form above. Members strengthen our local role as the community voice for the river and share a common vision for a clean, healthy and accessible Mississippi River. Members receive river news and FMR updates, advance notice when registration opens for special events, and the satisfaction of making a tangible difference for your river and your community.

FMR River Guardians sign online petitions when their help and voice are needed the most and are invited to special advocacy trainings and meetings (like this happy hour!). Everyone who participates in this event will be signed up as a River Guardian, or you can learn more or sign up now online.

Your engagement matters and your advocacy and generous support of FMR has made a big, lasting difference for our Mississippi River. Thank you FMR members and River Guardians old and new!
