Our River Campaign ends

Four years ago, Friends of the Mississippi River (FMR) launched the Our River Campaign with a $1 million gift. Recently, another generous couple helped us surpass $5 million, a testament to their deep belief in FMR’s mission to protect and restore the Mississippi River.

Thanks to hundreds of supporters, we’ve now raised $5.6 million, and we’re setting our sights on $6 million by December 31, 2025. 

At the heart of the Our River Campaign is the vision of a healthy Mississippi River. Raising $400,000 more by year's end will enable us to enhance our impact within the five campaign pillars. Together we can bring about a transformed and thriving river with clean and healthy waters, a vibrant watershed resilient to climate change, and diverse, engaged communities caring for its future. Please join us in shaping a brighter future for the river with a gift on or before December 31.
