River gorge in fall

Our 2022 annual report recaps the progress we made together toward a healthier Mississippi River for all.

Here at the close of 2022, we're reflecting on another full, impactful year.

Celebrate our progress together by exploring our 2022 digital annual report's stories, interactive maps, videos and more.

Over the past 12 months, we continued expanding our youth-focused Environmental Stewardship Institute summer program, shepherded key legislative victories, engaged more than 800 people in considering the future of locks and dams, and collaborated on a new model of neighborhood-led ecological restoration.

These successes would not have been possible without you — our members, donors, advocates, partners and volunteers. Together, we're creating a brighter future for the river and the communities it sustains. Thank you!
